Luxembourg – IREMIS, the Luxembourg based specialist real estate investment manager, has appointed Lisa Neubueser as Director Hotel & Leisure, effective 1 September 2025. With more than 15 years of pan-European investment experience, Lisa will play a key role in strengthening IREMIS’ growing hospitality platform.

This strategic hire strengthens IREMIS’ Hotel and Leisure team led by Peter Lenhardt, Lisa brings over 15 years of pan-European experience in operational real estate investment and investor relations, across the hospitality and residential sectors. Her professional career covered portfolio and investment management positions at Vertiq Capital, Greystar and Redevco Living, as well as European development roles at specialist operators Zoku and Cycas Hospitality. Before that, Lisa was part of Invesco Real Estate’s hotel team, which was originally founded by Jochen Schäfer-Suren. Where she focused on fund management and acquisitions across Europe, working alongside Chris Curtis, now CFO of IREMIS.
